Then after that time line 20% in the next 7 days refound policy to be keep by us.

If the project has work order changes after first initial 5 days, 50% refound policy is to be aplied. 

If you aprove an extended 7 days developing period 20% will be max refound policy in 14 days before the site gets published.

All comunications, time of delivery and project conditions as well as time of delivery will be comunicated by email and aproved by client before starting the project. Is best to recapitulice each conversation by mail; including phone or meeting conversations.

Time of delivery depends on the delveloper to be delivered ontime as long as no suden changes or last time change of orders are imputed. The verbose part of the site can and will be modified as customer request during the whole year of services as needed no more than 15 times.
